Pallet Cushion
Air-Dampened Protection for FreightThe Pallet Cushion is a durable, air-dampened device designed to reduce shock and vibration during transportation. It mounts directly to the base of pallets, skids, crates, wooden cases, or containers, providing a simple yet effective buffer to help protect goods in transit.
Made from high-strength, chemically resistant plastic, the Pallet Cushion offers exceptional load-bearing capacity and performs reliably in both high and low temperature environments. It’s also fully reusable, easily removed and reinstalled on new shipments with minimal effort.
Optional spacers can be added to increase pallet height, improving clearance for forklifts and stackers and making warehouse handling more efficient.
When multiple Pallet Cushions are installed around the base, they provide a suspension effect similar to an air-ride truck, helping reduce transportation costs without sacrificing protection.
